ALL OUR PACKAGES INCLUDES:

  • Scheduled Coach Transfer from hotel to circuit & return for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The coach leaves the hotel at 7.30am on Friday, so if you would like to catch the Friday Practise / Qualifying at the Sepang Circuit; please ensure that your arrival at the hotel is on Thursday.
  • Superb, comfortable and highly recommended 5 STAR hotel accommodation inclusive of a superb buffet Daily Breakfast for all days of stay at our hotels INCLUDING extension of stay. ALL our hotels are located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City with easy access to central transportation centre, shopping and entertainment outlets. Special extended check out time can be specially arranged without extra charges for our guests and clients.
  • ONE full weekend ticket admission (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
  • All prices quoted are for ONE PERSON on a twin sharing basis (two person per room). For single (1 person per room) order, please add US$186) on the order form.
  • All package are for a minimum of 2 night accomodation. Please select your check in & check out dates on the order form.
  • Additional nights will be US$142 per room / per nite including breakfast, can be selected on the official order form.

PACKAGES "DO NOT" INCLUDE:

  • Airline Tickets
  • Airport to Hotel transfer upon your arrival in Kuala Lumpur. Not a problem at the Airport. Just go to the "AIRPORT LIMO COUNTER" & tell the reception that you want to go to hotel. Please check this link for airport transfer or information: http://www.klia.com.my/
  • Hotel to Airport upon your departure. (Not a problem too, many taxis are available from Kuala Lumpur city and furthermore, you can arrange your extended check out time with the hotel, if possible, to be suitable with your flight departure time.

For security procedures to prevent tickets loss, forgery and mishandling, ALL package / tickets will be sent after the 20th. February 2008 or approximately 30 DAYS before the Formula 1 Malaysia 2008. (Only for orders received & payment confirmed before 20th. February 2008)

You must submit ONLY your day time address to receive the package / tickets. No P.O. Box address please. It is important that you submit an address, where you or your representative will be available to receive the tickets during usual day time business hour.

ALL Packages / Tickets issued by us are numbered in serial safety code and are GUARANTEED GENUINE. All tickets purchased will be safely delivered to you the moment the tickets are issued by the Event Managers or the authorized owners of the F1 Malaysia 2008.

Only orders for tour package and tickets received before 20th. February 2008 will be send directly by DHL to your submitted day time address (No P.O. Box address, please) on the order form. Please ensure that you or your designated person will be available at your given daytime address to recieve the packages upon delivery.

DHL Delivery charges are as follows, if you require delivery to your given address. No delivery charges, if collect at the Hotel Reception during your check-in.

For Packages ordered after the 20th. February 2008, - you will receive an electronic confirmation via eMail pertaining your tour package purchase such as your ticket type, quantity, name and address of hotel and all relevent details pertaining the F1 Malaysia 2008.

Your package which will include: actual genuine tickets, hotel accomodation vouchers; daily hotel to circuit transfer coupons and all information in regards to your stay and the F1 Malaysia 2008, will be handed to you upon check-in at the hotel reception. Please present your passport for verification upon check-in to the Hotel. The passport number given on the order form must be the same as the one that you will verify upon hotel check-in. Your check-in name will be the same as in you passport. ALL PACKAGES ARE 100% GUARANTEED.
